Configuration Management Specialist

Ready to put your engineering change management expertise to work on complex, high-impact projects? We're seeking an experienced Configuration Management Change Specialist to support engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams by driving configuration control and change management processes in a fast-paced technical environment.

• Manage Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Change Requests (CRs), Change Orders (COs), and Requests for Variance (RFVs)
• Prepare Engineering Change Order (ECO) packages and Engineering Release Records (ERRs)
• Review documentation for accuracy, compliance, and release readiness
• Maintain configuration status accounting and product data integrity
• Track change activities through completion and approval workflows
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and configuration management best practices
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, supply chain, and program teams

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 7+ years of configuration management, change management, or related technical experience
• 3+ years of ERP/MRP system experience
• Strong understanding of EBOM and MBOM structures and effectivity
• Experience with Teamcenter preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
