A company is looking for a Finance Director to serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and manage field compensation and incentive programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial reporting for field compensation programs, including variance analysis and budget development
Develop and optimize financial models for variable compensation plans, ensuring alignment with organizational incentives
Perform analysis of fixed vs. variable costs, delivering insights to guide investment decisions at the senior leadership level
Required Qualifications10-15+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or compensation finance
5+ years of experience in retail, preferably in Optical Retail or Healthcare with 100+ stores
Expertise in incentive compensation structures in multi-location organizations
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI and dashboard tools is a plus
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
