Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team at our facility in Sterling Heights. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, serving meals to residents, and ensuring that dietary needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation according to dietary guidelines
• Serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that residents' dietary needs are met and special requests are accommodated
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a dietary aide or food service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Must be available afternoons, weekends and holidays
