Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part Time Assistant Dietary Manager to join our team. The Assistant Dietary Manager will work closely with the Dietary Manager to oversee the planning, preparation, and serving of meals to residents in our facility. Responsibilities include managing dietary staff, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food service management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality meals to residents.

• Assist in planning and preparing nutritious meals for residents
• Supervise dietary staff and provide training and guidance as needed
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to develop menus and meal plans
• Monitor food temperatures and quality to ensure safety and satisfaction

• Previous experience in food service management
• Must be available afternoons and weekends
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus
