• Review a high volume of resumes daily
• Handle inbound calls
• Schedule interviews
• Conduct new hire orientations
• Complete all pre-employment paperwork
• Ensure employees have proper safety equipment
• Maintain accurate employee files
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and roles

• Experience in retail, food service, customer service, manufacturing, or related fields
• Previous roles as retail or customer service associates, supervisors, managers, waitstaff, or bartenders
• Team player with a positive attitude
