In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel; Litigation

We are looking for an exceptional litigator to help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape, and take on increasing responsibility as your skill set grows.

Position based in Madison, WI. Relocation assistance is available and fully reimbursed.

• Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, and lead settlement negotiations.
• Handle litigation and regulatory matters as they arise.
• Counsel the business on competitive and regulatory risks.

• 3–7 years of experience in litigation, ideally with experience in drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and representing cases in court.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and possessing excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• COVID‑19 vaccination is required.
