Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

We are seeking an exceptional attorney to join our legal team in Madison, WI. The role requires relocation to the area and will be fully reimbursed. You will support our ongoing growth as we expand offerings and enter new global markets.

• Manage complex litigation, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other potential risk areas.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings and negotiate multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Provide proactive counseling to minimize risk and guide business decisions.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver timely legal support.

• JD and experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI (reimbursement provided).
