Take the next step in your supply chain career! We are seeking an experienced Procurement Buyer for an assignment supporting complex purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management activities. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or MRP experience looking to make an immediate impact.
Job Duties- Analyze material requirements using Oracle and MRP systems
- Prepare RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs for supplier sourcing
- Conduct cost and price analysis of supplier proposals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Create, manage, and administer purchase orders
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate source selection and supplier evaluations
- Resolve supplier quality, design, and payment issues
- Support procurement compliance and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet program objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of Oracle, MRP systems, and procurement processes
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Occasional domestic and possible international travel
