  Requires extensive tact and communication skills (verbal and written) for direct customer communication. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups, and communicate in English effectively.
• Mechanical / “Hands‑on” skills: Comfortable running and troubleshooting machinery or has aptitude working on mechanical / electrical / pneumatic systems.

  Proficient on the computer with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), project management software, prior experience with AS400 Database software, AutoCAD and spreadsheet creation.

The employee frequently stands, walks, reaches with hands and arms, talks and listens. General good health is required for a fast‑paced environment and occasional high‑stress situations. The employee may lift or move up to 50 pounds. Required vision includes close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

The job involves working in an office setting and on the plant floor. Noise level in the office is low to moderate; on the plant floor it is moderate to loud. The employee may be exposed to low levels of vibration and moving mechanical parts.
