Overview
Position Title: Assembly Technician – Bumpers
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends) – $15.50/hr
- 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends) – $17.00/hr (includes $1.50 shift premium
)

Our client is a leading automotive manufacturing company, committed to producing high-quality components. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI, specializing in bumper assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly operations on automotive bumpers according to established guidelines and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with good work ethic

Additional Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques. Attention to detail and the ability to follow assembly instructions and specifications. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work occasional weekends based on production needs.

- Must be able to consistently lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand for up to 12 hour shifts
