NTL Industries Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to support our surging small business!
This position is ideal for a seasoned machinist who excels at producing complex components that meet high quality and performance standards.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years experience programming and operating Mazak CNC lathes with live tooling
- Comprehensive understanding of material behavior, tooling selection, feeds/speeds, and work holding.
- Proven capability in development of CNC programs and machining precision components with tight tolerances and complex geometries.
- Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings, applying GD&T, and analyzing critical dimensions.
- Experience with first piece and in-process inspections.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs in dynamic work environment.
- 3+ years experience in Aerospace and Defense industries
- Experience with CAD
- Practical knowledge of AS9100D quality management system
- Experience with Mazak Quick Turn Lathes
- Experience with MasterCAM
Applicants must hold United States Citizenship status.
