Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Supervisor for the night shift from 7pm to 7:30am. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff during the night shift
• Ensure that all patient care is provided in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
