Wound Care Representative

Position Overview

Clinical Care Representative – RN/LPN/PT/PTA. This role combines sales/operations and clinical care within assigned geographic areas and requires daily travel.

$85,000 – $100,000 per year.

• Conduct in‑services to educate on products and services most appropriate for patients, driving sales growth.
• Maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts and patients, ensuring up‑to‑date information for consistent clinical, operational, and billing cycles.
• Collaborate with all team members and referral sources, communicating professionally, accurately, and timely.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources in the medical community within your territory.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to understand business goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with nurses, physicians, administrators, and office staff.
• License as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Minimum 2‑year experience in a wound‑care setting preferred; willingness to obtain wound‑care certification (company pays for certification).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ of the time; moderate to heavy travel expected.
