University Home Care is looking for RNs for home care in Sterling Heights, MI and the cities surrounding. The Home Care Nurse at University Home Care is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Assess patients' needs and develop a comprehensive care plan
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan
• 1 year of home care experience as an RN (REQUIRED)
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in home care or a related field is preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Competitive compensation : $65,000 - $140,000 per year
