At Pomeroy Living, we’re searching for a dedicated RN Unit Manager to lead our care team with clinical expertise, leadership, and heart. Oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations
- Lead, mentor, and motivate care teams
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement care plans
- Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate resident care
- Current RN License (State of Michigan)
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
