Restorix Health is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team on site. The RN will plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with all disciplines on the unit and prioritizing nursing actions. Training will be provided to succeed in the wound care focus.
Qualifications include an RN license, an associate degree with BSN preferred for Magnet Hospitals, and CPR certification. Prior wound care experience and billing/coding familiarity are helpful.
