OVERVIEW

Linked is seeking a Business Development Manager to play a key role in expansion of our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

Buildmarket position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous sales or recruiting experience desired, but not required.
  • Strong result orientation and comfort level in working in a high performance, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change and properly handle adversity in a dynamic, growing start-up.
  • Must be organized, self-directed and proactive.
  • Technical acumen.
  • Previous experience in customer service, inside sales or technical staffing is an asset.
  • Great Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills.
  • Client management skills.
  • Great Networking abilities.
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Email and Internet Browsing.
