• The Position is for a full-time Level 2 Security Officer to work midnights. The starting pay is $18.15/hour, increasing to $23.26/hour once Level 2 training is completed. The site is a major automaker located in Sterling Heights, MI.
• Candidates must successfully complete Level 2 Training (e.g., Confined Space Rescue, Incipient Fire Fighting, Hazardous Materials Training, etc.).
• Clean-shaven appearance is required to complete the training.
• Firefighter 1 & 2 Certifications are required.
• Schedule:
  
  Wed.–Sun., 10 P–6 A.
• Pay options:
  Daily Pay, Weekly Pay.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for more than one year.
• Professional Security Level 2 Officer responsibilities include maintaining the security and safety of the client’s property and personnel. Familiarity with site‑specific policies and emergency response activities is required, along with superior customer service.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, a successful background investigation and drug screen are mandatory.
• Driving requirements:
  Valid driver’s license, at least one year of experience, clean driving record, minimum insurance as required by policy.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology on client sites.
• Crisis‑management ability: calm and efficient handling of crisis situations.
• Physical requirements:
  
  work in various environments (cold, rain/snow, heat), occasionally lift/carry up to 40 lbs, climb stairs/ramps/ladders, stand/walk for long periods.
