We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sterling Heights. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities in a timely and efficient manner. Duties may include plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, carpentry, and other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Assist with building renovations and construction projects
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building maintenance
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
