If leading families toward a fundamentally new approach to education resonates with you, this position places you at the forefront of that shift.
Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI‑driven applications. The remainder of their day is dedicated to real‑world competencies—public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful project work. There are no lectures. There is no busywork. Instead, the focus is on accelerated mastery and results in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a fundamentally different kind of partnership with parents—which is precisely what you will lead.
You will serve as the primary representative of your campus, responsible for building enrollment, establishing trust, and cultivating advocacy. You’ll facilitate high‑impact information sessions, develop strong ties within the local community, and turn interest into committed waitlist growth. Beyond that, you will remain the central contact for families throughout their time at Alpha—resolving questions, strengthening satisfaction, and transforming parents into vocal advocates for the model.
This is a role built on trust and autonomy, with measurable outcomes. You will be stationed at a single campus, present on‑site the majority of the time, and driving tangible results—not simply executing a predetermined process. If you hold the belief that conventional schooling is underserving students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
What You Will Be Doing- Taking full ownership of parent relationships—from initial contact through sustained engagement—at a single campus
- Leading persuasive information sessions and individual conversations that turn curious families into committed supporters
- Acting as the main parent liaison—addressing concerns, strengthening trust, and ensuring every family feels supported and valued after enrollment
- Establishing credibility and presence through consistent on‑site engagement, local partnerships, and intentional outreach efforts
- Mobilizing parent advocates to drive referrals and broaden community influence
- Depending on scripted sales approaches or transactional communication
- Handing off relationship‑building responsibilities to campus staff or operating from the sidelines
- Allowing organized parent committees to override or weaken Alpha’s educational philosophy
- Working remotely or from behind a desk—this role requires deep involvement in the parent and community experience
