• Masters degree in Social Work
• Active Michigan licensure as a Social Worker
• Previous experience supporting K-12 students in a school setting
• Proficient in clinical assessment and intervention techniques
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Commitment to working onsite and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

• Providing direct social-emotional and behavioral interventions for students across general and special education populations
• Acting as the 504 Plan Coordinator for the school, ensuring compliance and support for students
• Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to create positive outcomes for students
• Engaging in multidisciplinary meetings to support holistic student well-being and academic success
• Maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to privacy regulations
