BMW Service Technician

Dealership: L0379 BMW of Sterling BMW/MINI of Sterling Hiring: BMW Service Technician Pay: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour, based on a flat-rate compensation structure.

This position is a full-time role; candidates must have open availability to work on Saturdays Reports to Shop Foreman / Production Manager and Fixed Ops Manager

Join a high-performing team in our state-of-the-art facility featuring over 30 service bays. You will collaborate with a supportive, expert crew of 40+ Certified Technicians in a professional environment that prioritizes craftsmanship, career growth, and technical excellence.

• Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
• Perform quality repairs and test-drive vehicles when needed
• Accurately document work and track labor time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete required training and maintain certifications
• Stay current on technical updates and manufacturer standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Report safety or operational concerns to management promptly

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience required
• BMW/MINI certification highly preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Solid automotive repair and diagnostic background
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

The flat rate range for this position is $23.00 to $50.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
