Our modern dental practice is seeking a Sales Assistant who excels in patient communication, treatment follow-ups, and conversion while also providing light support to the dentist during simple procedures.

Key Responsibilities Sales, Treatment Conversion & Patient Relations (Primary 80%)Build rapport with new and existing patients to improve case acceptance and treatment scheduling.
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, answer questions, and guide patients through decisions.
Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and emails to re-engage patients and close pending treatment.
Manage scheduling to maximize production, reduce no-shows, and keep the day flowing smoothly.
Support financial conversations and prepare patients for next steps.
