HVAC Sales Manager

This is more than a management role. We're looking for a working sales leader who leads from the front, coaches in the field, and helps the team win business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your branch's sales performance while supporting the professional growth and development of your team.

• Inspire, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed goals.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor top talent to build a high-performing sales organization.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and training sessions to improve sales effectiveness.
• Hold team members accountable to performance expectations and key metrics.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and sales performance for your branch.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators including revenue, close rates, gross profit, and lead conversion.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Identify performance trends and proactively implement solutions to ensure success.

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement company-wide sales strategies.
• Collaborate with operations teams to strengthen lead generation and customer experience initiatives.
• Lead branch sales meetings focused on referrals, training, and performance improvement.
• Ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new customer accounts.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
