• Maintain Quality: Complete accurate service records while delivering five-star customer experiences.

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience.

• Strong diagnostic mindset with deep knowledge of residential wiring and circuits.

• Customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently in the field.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• Hourly Rate + Uncapped Commissions ($75,000 – $150,000+ total annual earning potential).
