CACI is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join a multidisciplined team to work on delivering the next generation of mission management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and/or Type Script and the willingness to do both front end and back end development. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

As a developer on this energizing and dynamic program; you will bring your software development experience and perspective to work within a multi disciplined agile team in designing, developing, and maintaining next generation mission management applications.

We’ll look to you to help develop, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud native microservices and a user interface (UI) for a data-rich application with complex user workflows. As a part of the development process and supporting user adoption, you will write automated tests against your code, deploy to a fully automated Dev Sec Ops  pipeline, and help troubleshoot any bugs found.

Each day, you can expect to report a brief status at an agile stand-up meeting, dig into the highest priority work to accomplish that day, code with your teammates, and participate in TEMs as needed.

The job is fully in person in the SCIF with NO hybrid or remote options.

• Java:
  Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and REST microservices
• JavaScript/Type Script:
  Frameworks like Vue 3 and Bootstrap
• Automated testing tools:
  Vite, Mockito, JUnit, Cypress, etc.
• Databases:
  Post Gres, MySQL, Redis, AWS DynamoDB, etc.
• Cloud Services: AWS EC2, RDS, S3, SNS/SQS, and Lamda.
• SCM and issue tracking tools like Git, Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Dev Sec Ops  pipeline tools such as Gitlab CI/CD, Sonar Qube, SAST, etc.

Required:

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Available to work in-person at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA or Aurora, CO
• Clearance:
  Must have TS/SCI with CI poly (or be willing to take CI poly)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and websockets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work within true Agile Kanban processes and dynamic development environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with others in a team environment.
• Current Security+ certification (or the willingness to get it)

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops processes and tools
• Experience using Amazon Web Services
• Experience with container management tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Git / Git Lab source code management tools
• Experience using Test Driven Development (TDD) tools such as Cypress and Mockito.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, Redis, etc
• Willingness to be Fullstack.
