Part‑time role (1‑2 days/week) located in Sterling, CO. Qualified candidates will round at multiple facilities within a designated territory, performing wound care in skilled nursing facilities, long‑term acute care hospitals, and assisted living settings.

• $48,048.00/yr – $57,200.00/yr

• Active state professional license
• Valid driver’s license

• Weekday commitment:
  No call, evenings, or weekends
• Deliver wound care at the bedside in the post‑acute care setting
• Round daily at multiple facilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, paying special attention to factors that increase the risk of wound formation
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure an effective wound care plan
• Perform wound debridement and prescribe appropriate wound dressings
• Educate nursing staff, maintain open communication with primary care physicians, families, and clinical teams as required
• Order necessary medications and provide clear instructions for their use
• Provide quality patient care to the geriatric patient population
