Job Description
We are seeking a Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Salud Family Health in Sterling, Colorado. The role is team‑based, focusing on patient self‑management and behavior change, and involves routine clinic operations, taking histories, and conducting physical assessments in alignment with our mission.
Salary & Sign‑on Bonus- Starting Annual Salary – $115,000 to $148,750
- $10k Sign‑on Bonus
- Up to $5,000 Relocation Package

Qualifications- Education: Graduated or currently graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure: Unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in Colorado.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong preference for Spanish language proficiency.
- Must be sensitive to low‑income and ethnic minority communities.
- Experience: 3 years in a clinical setting as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner preferred.
