PositionSeasonal Store Support Teammate (Part-Time)
OverviewAssociates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. They must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills.
They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns, and stay focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
• Support non-sales functions to ensure customer order fulfillment and service quality.
• Assist customers on the sales floor, in the lot, or through administrative tasks as needed.
• Interact with customers and vendors as required to facilitate operations.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions about order status.
• Maintain integrity and comply with program requirements; work with a team with limited supervision and strong time-management skills.
• Collaborate with other associates, vendors, and carriers to meet store objectives.
• Roles may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
Qualifications• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and handle operational concerns.
• Demonstrated integrity and customer service mindset.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in a store support or customer service role is helpful but not required.
