- Bread and butter, busy practice
- Interest in common lid surgeries a plus
- Other sub‑specialty interest a plus
- Most Lid Surgeries and Sub‑Specialty work are currently sent out
- 5 in‑house Optometrists for direct referrals
- 100% catchment of all other local Optometrists
- 1:8 call
- Support staff available to work up, refract, and scribe
- Salary range: $450K-$575K plus production‑based bonus potential
