Essential Functions:
  • Directs daily operations of behavior health staff including counselors, case managers and peer support specialists.
  • Provides supervision, coaching and assist Director with performance evaluations to ensure quality care.
  • Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develops and monitors program objectives, service goals and outcome measurements.
  • Coordinate with partnering agencies, healthcare providers and stakeholders to optimize service integration.
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, including documentation standards.
Position

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred.
  • Proven counseling services experience, assessment skills.
  • LSW, LCSW preferred.
  • Background check clearance is required.
  • Annual TB test.
  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in EHR documentation and review.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative community partnerships.
  • Occasional driving may be required.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Valid Driver’s License in good standing for the state of residency and insurance.
  • Valid Illinois statutory and liability insurance coverage is required.
