• Execute production runs independently, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency to maintain consistent output.
• Conduct rigorous quality inspections, including first-piece and in-process checks, to guarantee all components meet exact engineering standards.
• Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Perform proactive troubleshooting and minor mechanical adjustments to resolve jams or feed issues, minimizing downtime.
• Interpret complex blueprints and technical work orders to ensure accurate material processing.
• Maintain detailed production logs and quality documentation to ensure full traceability of manufactured parts.
• Support the longevity of machinery through routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, and diligent equipment care.

• 6+ months of hands‑on experience in a machine operation or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to accurately use and read standard industrial measurement tools.
• Strong foundational math skills and the ability to interpret written technical instructions.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Prior experience with metal cutting or industrial sawing equipment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement processes.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production facility.
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
