Your shift begins at 6:30 AM on the production floor. You verify the day’s work orders, review blueprints, and set up your saw for the first run. If a jam or misfeed occurs, you isolate the cause, make safe adjustments, and resume steady flow.
Throughout the day, you log totals, document inspections, and help with minor setups, preventative care, and cleaning so the equipment is ready for the next job.

Troubleshoot stoppages, jams, or misfeeds and perform minor machine adjustments.
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders when applicable.
Accurately complete production logs, quality records, and related documentation.
