Shift Availability: 2pm-10pm Evenings

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to provide high-quality resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff development. This role involves assessing residents, coordinating care plans, training staff, and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Conduct daily resident assessments and ensure proper care delivery.
• Develop and modify care plans to meet residents’ needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, incidents, and condition changes.
• Train and support staff in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Ensure workplace safety and participate in emergency preparedness.

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in resident care.

Directly supervises nursing staff, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and problem resolution.

• Graduate of an LPN or RN nursing program with at least one year of related experience preferred.
• Meets state and federal nursing requirements.
