Salary Range: $34- $41/ Hour

As a home care registered nurse (RN), you will ensure hospice patients are comfortable and forge compassionate, meaningful connections with the people in their lives. You will be a respected member of our team, both as a caregiver and as a hospice educator, with the autonomy to make care decisions at the bedside. Your role involves helping patients and families understand and embrace hospice care's palliative nature.

You will primarily care for hospice patients in their homes, making 4-6 visits daily, and meet weekly with an interdisciplinary team at the local program office.

You must hold an RN license, have at least two years of nursing experience, and reliable transportation. Traits like Commitment, Compassion, and a Can-do Attitude are essential. Your focus will be on patient welfare, providing comfort and dignity at the end of life.
