As a Full Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager, you'll provide care to client Dot Foods employees and their dependents, powered by Premise Health, in our Health Center located in Mt. Sterling, IL.

The scheduled hours are Monday
- Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Thursday
- Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Lead, Inspire & Make an Impact! Take ownership of a collaborative health center team of 10+ healthcare professionals, driving clinical excellence, team development, and exceptional patient care.
• Leadership-Focused Role! Spend approximately 80% of your time leading daily operations, and strengthening a valued DOT client partnership.
• Consistent Weekday Schedule! Monday-Wednesday, 8 AM-5 PM;
  Thursday-Friday, 6 AM-3 PM, with flexibility as needed. Enjoy a leadership opportunity with no regularly scheduled weekends or holidays!

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2-3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices
