21st Century Equipment LLC is looking for an experienced problem solver to tackle various mechanical and electrical challenges as our full-time Agricultural Diesel Repair Mechanic. GREAT PAY

Depending on experience, you earn $20.00 - $40.00/hour. We also offer overtime premiums, on-call bonus eligibility, and a progressive scale production-based incentive plan!

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional hands-on diesel repair experience
• Ability to operate vehicles and use diagnostic equipment
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Valid driver's license

Our ideal Agricultural Diesel Repair Mechanic also meets some of these preferred criteria:

• Formal John Deere training (JDU)
• 10+ years of experience in the agricultural industry
• Positive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealer
