ResponsibilitiesManage invoicing processes, including reviewing completed jobs and preparing invoices using various software systems.
Follow up with customers regarding payments, providing excellent customer service while confidently handling pushback when necessary.
Enter received payments into the office management system, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain organized records and support issue resolution related to invoicing and payments.
Collaborate with the operations team and assist with other administrative or operational tasks as needed.
Take on additional responsibilities as the role grows, with the opportunity to learn and advance within the company.
Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.
Comfortable with data entry and using multiple software systems.
Self-motivated, sharp, and eager to learn.
Degree not required, but candidates should demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability.
