As the Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. You'll support staff and leadership by managing schedules, communications, and day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help create a welcoming, well-coordinated environment where our team can focus on supporting students and achieving school-wide success.
What You'll Need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of general office experience
- Valid Virginia Driver's License
- Manage front office communications (answer and direct calls, take messages, and handle mail distribution)
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and exams, ensuring all parties are notified of any changes.
- Support daily operations by ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and organizing special events or functions.
- Prepare correspondence and documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Track attendance, maintain accurate records, and assist with payroll updates and reporting as needed.
