** Sterling Exotics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Service Technician to join our elite team in Sterling, Virginia. This is a rare opportunity to work hands-on with some of the most prestigious and performance-driven vehicles in the world—including Lamborghinis, McLarens, and Rolls-Royces.

** Responsibilities:
*** Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on ultra-luxury and exotic vehicles
* Ensure all work meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and brand quality
* Use factory diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical software
* Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
* Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians
* Treat every vehicle with white-glove care and attention to detail
** Requirements:
*** 5+ years of professional technician experience, preferably with exotic or ultra-luxury vehicles
* Prior experience working on brands such as Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, or Bentley is strongly preferred
* Advanced diagnostic and electrical systems knowledge
* ASE certifications or OEM-specific training a plus
* Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
* Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
