• Lead Supplier interaction and collaboration with internal cross‑functional teams to manage procurements including build‑to‑print, performance specifications, Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs), with medium/high complexity.
• Select qualified suppliers and seek alternate suppliers when applicable.
• Prepare, issue, and manage Request for Quotations/Proposals.
• Perform price and cost analysis and lead negotiations of contractual terms: price, T&Cs, delivery, payment, supplier exceptions.
• Prepare POs and PO documentation per company directives, prime contract flow‑downs, and company work instructions.
• Post‑award management of POs per company directives and work instructions.
• Manage procurement metrics: open PRs, open POs, PO supplier acknowledgement, unreceivable, accounts payable, etc.
• Manage suppliers to meet program requirements with desired quality and delivery.
• Resolve medium/high complexity issues in compliance with FAR/DFAR and corporate compliance for various subcontract types (cost, firm‑fixed price, time & materials).
• Prepare and execute agreements such as PIAs, long‑term agreements, OTS, WFPP, CRADA, bailment, etc.
• Nurture professional business relationships with first‑tier subcontractors.
• Provide comprehensive supply‑chain support for gate reviews.
• Travel up to 20% as required.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
  * or* advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, FAR/DFAR, ITAR, and import/export requirements.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, supplier exceptions, T&Cs).
• Experience with supplier management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Project planning and management skills (e.g., MS Project, EVMS).
• Experience with development‑type procurement and major subcontracts.
• Experience reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and complex SOWs.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience analyzing proposals for cost/price, technical capability, and financial viability.
• Experience with contractual vehicles including FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPIF; FAR 15.4 compliance.
• Knowledge of EXIM procurements and related regulations.
• Experience with ITAR/EAR import/export regulations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance.
