Haz Tek Safety Management
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of industrial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
- Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training materials tailored to mechanical trades
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors to promote a safety‑first culture.
- Conduct daily safety meetings
- Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
- Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ensure proper and safe use of ladders, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other elevated work platforms.
- Daily safety audits and inspections
- Inspect power tools and heavy equipment
- Minimum 3+ years of construction safety experience required
- Active OSHA 30 in Construction required
- Active First Aid/CPR certification required
- Must have experience in fall protection, scaffolding, steel erection, and excavation
- Industrial HVAC experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
- Excellent verbal and written skills

CompensationPay Range: $80,000–$105,000
