Haz Tek Safety Management

• Oversee all aspects of industrial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
• Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training materials tailored to mechanical trades
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors to promote a safety‑first culture.
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ensure proper and safe use of ladders, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other elevated work platforms.
• Daily safety audits and inspections
• Inspect power tools and heavy equipment

• Minimum 3+ years of construction safety experience required
• Active OSHA 30 in Construction required
• Active First Aid/CPR certification required
• Must have experience in fall protection, scaffolding, steel erection, and excavation
• Industrial HVAC experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
• Excellent verbal and written skills
