Dentist – Community First Dental
Pay range: $700.00/daily – $800.00/daily (Base pay range). Actual pay based on skills & experience, discuss with recruiter.
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist with 3+ years of clinical experience to join our fully digital, technology-supported practice. This role offers high earning potential through a guaranteed daily minimum or production percentage, plus profit sharing. The practice includes CBCT scanner, 3D scanners, CAD/CAM workflows, digital impressions, AI tools, and in‑office 3D printing.
This position performs all responsibilities typical for a new graduate, in addition to advanced procedures including molar root canals, basic implant placement, erupted wisdom tooth extractions, and more complex restorative and orthodontic cases.
Key Responsibilities- Perform full‑scope general dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges, implant crowns, cleanings, deep cleanings, scaling & root planing, periodontal therapy with laser, simple extractions, non‑molar root canals, removable prosthodontics, basic orthodontic support including invisible aligners.
- Perform advanced clinical procedures: molar root canals, basic implant placement, erupted wisdom tooth extractions, advanced aligner orthodontics, multi‑unit and complex restorative treatment planning.
- Use daily workflow technologies: CBCT scanner, 3D scanner, digital impressions, CAD/CAM systems, in‑office 3D printing, AI tools.
- Deliver efficient, high‑quality patient care.
- Support practice production goals and patient experience.
- Three or more years of clinical experience.
- Previously credentialed with major dental insurance plans.
- Minimum 2 days per week up to 6 days per week.
- Hours:
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. - Flexible scheduling based on doctor availability and practice needs.
- Guaranteed minimum of $700 to $750 per day or 32% of collections, whichever is higher.
- No fees deducted except a 50/50 cost split on dentures, orthodontics, and implant treatments.
- Profit sharing included.

- Active Virginia Dental License (DDS or DMD).
- CPR or BLS certification.
- DEA registration.
- Compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC infection control standards.
- Up‑to‑date continuing education as required by the Virginia Board of Dentistry.
