*** DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
* ** Active State Dental License** & DEA License
* Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:  + Restorative procedures  + Extractions (simple and surgical)  + Crown & Bridge  + Endodontics (Root Canals)  + iTero scanning  + Implant placement experience is a
** plus**, but not required
