• Assist Project Managers with coordination, scheduling, procurement, and documentation.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Track and manage equipment and material delivery schedules.
• Support jobsite coordination with field teams and subcontractors.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Maintain project logs, reports, and documentation for internal and client use.
• Help ensure quality control and safety compliance on active job sites.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical construction, HVAC, or plumbing (preferred).
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Smartsheet is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the DMV region.
