Responsibilities- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments (training to be provided), and other skincare services.
- Educate clients on skincare regimens, products, and wellness practices supporting their personal goals.
- Conduct consultations to assess needs and recommend treatments or product regimens.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workspace following health and safety standards.
- Stay informed about trends, techniques, and advancements in the industry.
- Promote and sell skincare products, treatment packages, and services.
- Collaborate with the team to create a holistic client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and document treatment plans.
- State-licensed Aesthetician (required).
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness center setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to recommend and sell products confidently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and equipment.
- Proficiency in managing inventory.
- Sales and marketing skills.
- Entry-level aestheticians are encouraged to apply.
- Collaborative work environment in Sterling, VA.
