We’re looking for a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist who is ready to grow within a high-performing, drama free environment. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to specialize in lashes and brows, we’ll provide the mentorship, marketing, and tools you need to succeed.

(TRAINING PROVIDED- NO PRIOR LASH/BROW EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

• Valid VA Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Strong sense of professionalism and time management
• Eagerness to learn and grow long-term in the beauty industry
• Positive attitude and genuine interest in client care
• Team-first mentality (we’re drama-free and plan to stay that way!)

• Provide high-quality lash and brow services with precision and attention to detail
• Offer a personalized, warm experience to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in continued education + skills development
• Be a team player in a positive, goal-driven studio
