Position DetailsWe are currently looking for a National Traveling Certified Orthotist based out of Sterling, VA. This full‑time role offers the opportunity to practice at Cranial Technologies locations across the United States.
Travel Requirements- You will travel to any state where we have a clinic – we’re currently in 32 states and growing.
- Travel typically occurs Sunday afternoon/evening; you work Monday‑Thursday and fly home Thursday afternoon/evening. You are home Friday and Saturday.
- You will be traveling every week, either to a local clinic or to another state. Candidates close to a major airport are preferred.
- Cranial Technologies pays for travel expenses and provides a per diem.
- You may be in a different clinic each week, working with new teammates and building company‑wide relationships.
- You will take over a caseload for another clinician, meeting new families regularly.
As a Clinician you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with Ear Well®. Pediatricians and parents rely on our Clinicians for evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related ear conditions. You will develop strong relationships with families at every stage of treatment.
Preferred Backgrounds- PTs and OTs – knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant development.
- Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists & Certified Orthotists – hands‑on orthotic experience and direct patient care.
- A background in pediatrics is preferred but not required; we provide formal training and mentoring.
- Visible, measurable changes in 2‑3 weeks.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 plus additional travel bonus. Pay depends on tenure and experience.
