What This Role Looks Like

As a PTA in our outpatient ortho environment, you will:

• Manage a
  steady caseload of 14-15 patients per day
  with hands-on treatment and tech support
• Progress patients through individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Collaborate closely with PTs, other PTAs, and ATCs to deliver meaningful outcomes
• Build relationships with your patients and follow their progress through recovery
• Contribute ideas, clinical insights, and improvements to our patient experience
