Bellperson/Driver - Full Time - Spring Hill Suites - starting at $15/hour

PM/Evening driver shift position with responsibilities to safely transport guests, assist with luggage, and provide friendly, professional service.

• Guest Service:
  Safely transport guests to their destinations, provide information and luggage assistance. Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner. Deliver the highest level of service. Assist and direct guests with knowledge of hotel property, amenities, local area, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services. Work as a team player to meet guests needs and support other departments as necessary.
  
  Follow the guest service recovery program.
• Vehicles:
  Complete required logs and safety checks of vehicles. Ensure vehicles are fueled and clean; maintain cleanliness by picking up trash and periodic car washes.
• Cost Control:
  Use and maintain hotel vehicles and equipment responsibly; adhere to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste. Plan to avoid unnecessary trips.

  Risk Management:
  
  Operate hotel vehicles safely and follow all traffic laws. Complete checks including preventive maintenance, DOT, and safety equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work area per company, brand, local, state, and federal regulations. Follow procedures for guest/associate incidents and be familiar with hotel emergency procedures.
• Self Management:
  Plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet required volume. Adhere to general work rules and department procedures. Attend all required department and hotel meetings.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
• Must have appropriate class of driver’s license based on hotel vehicle requirements, and must be at least 18 years old for insurance purposes.
• Prior hotel and/or related guest service experience preferred. Attention to detail, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly during shift.

$15 - $15 an hour
